Built from Grief.
Inspired by Love.
Shared with Joy

What started as a dream between husband and wife became something far greater than either could have imagined.

In December 2021, Judy Clayton and her husband had plans to build a large barn — part man cave, part commercial kitchen, part shop, and part personal storage — a space to house not only their camper and classic cars but also Judy’s growing bakery business, Clayton’s Mill. Tragically, shortly after signing the building contract, Judy’s husband passed away from COVID in early 2022.

Faced with deep grief and a contract she couldn’t cancel, Judy — a proud veteran and small business owner —chose to do something brave: she turned heartbreak into hospitality. She transformed the space into a beautiful event venue, preserving the heart of their shared dream while giving it new purpose.

Established in 2023, the venue is a warm and welcoming place for weddings, showers, family dinners, church gatherings, and celebrations of all kinds. With thoughtful touches like a bridal suite, quality seating and linens, a full kitchen, and optional seasonal decor — every detail reflects Judy’s commitment to creating a space where others can gather, laugh, and make lasting memories.

This venue isn’t just a place. It’s a legacy of love. And Judy would be honored to share it with you.
